You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it. The following conditions must be observed:

1. The product must be returned in its original packaging;

2. The product must be returned without any signs of use or consumption, that is, in the same condition as it was received;

3. The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, manuals, and all accompanying accessories.

4. We do not exchange products with incorrect sizing: We provide the measurements in centimeters of our products to avoid errors in size selection. As stated in the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the retailer to make exchanges due to consumer regret regarding color, size, model, or any other reason.

IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met.

WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Send an email to suporte@offshorecompras.com and provide the following information:
1. Product name;
2. Order number;
3. Email address registered at the time of purchase;
4. Reason for exchange or return;
5. VIDEO PROVING THE DEFECT
Once all matters regarding the product return have been confirmed, we will inform you of the return address and reimburse you for the product and shipping costs.

FORMS OF REIMBURSEMENT

Credit card refund: this refund may appear in up to two billing cycles after the return is completed by the payment gateway.

PIX - Transfer to the customer's account, which can be made within 10 business days after the return is confirmed.
